Whether you're looking for something romantic, dramatic, or a bit more unconventional, Hamilton has the perfect setting to complement your wedding style.

Ancaster Mill

Permit: Yes

Ancaster Mill has a beautiful waterfall along with a nice little river closer to the parking lot. Also if it's raining the inside is really cozy and would make nice for intimate photos.

Battlefield House

Permit: Yes

This location is great for many reasons, first off there's a big parking lot and not so much walking into the park. There's a little nature path that makes for great portraits, the big purple door at the main castle/building is great too.

Burlington Canal Bridge

Permit: No

This is not a typical wedding photography location but definitely cool, you get the lighthouse building, access to the beach area also the bridge as a background is nice.

Dundern Castle

Permit: Yes

This is one of the most popular locations for wedding photography. It's great for its architecture along with a spacious park filled with nature. Highly recommended.

Brown Highway Bridge

Permit: No

This neat location is not enough for a full wedding shoot, however if you are in the area of Carmen's or Michael Angelos Banquet hall, it maybe worth it to make a quick stop for some photos.

BRANT STREET PIER

Permit: No

Although this is not a Hamilton location, it's close by and worth it. Lots of water, a mini beach, and Burlington Village Square are a good variety of options for photos. Also if you are there in May, look out for the Cherry Blossoms. The downside is it's public so it has plenty of foot traffic.

Dyment's Glen Drummond Farm

Permit: Yes

This farm is gorgeous in the summer and fall, with lots of nature and beautiful views. They have a beautiful old-looking barn.

Fifty Point Conservation Area

Permit: Yes

This is a paragraph. Click edit and enter your own text. You can make changes like making the text bold, underline or italic. This is a great place for you to tell your clients more about your story and to describe the type of photographer you are. You can come back at any time to make more changes.

GAGE PARK

Permit: Yes

Gage Park has a lot of nature and cool-looking walkways for wedding photos, definitely an underate location and well worth the visit.

Pier 4 Bayfront

Permit: No

Bayfront has many pockets of beautiful backgrounds, plenty of parking lots to move around and is highly recommended around sunset.

Hess Village

Permit: No

Hess Village is nice for photos, with lots of old buildings and brick walls. A lot of the bars are actually nice to photograph inside during the day (with permission of course). This is close to the bayfront so maybe combine both locations.

LIUNA GARDENS

Permit: Yes

Liuna Gardens is a location you typically take photos there if you're having your wedding there. Lovely place with lots of nature and the lake as the background.

Millworks Creative Studios

Permit: Yes

We love this studio, they have multiple rooms to rent and they're all beautiful. It's great in the summer and winter, with big bright windows and amazing old brick walls.

Paletta Mansion

Permit: Yes

Paletta Mansion is beautiful for its historic building, well-maintained nature paths, and the lake. Definitely a nice spot.

RBG - ROck Gardens

Permit: Yes

The Rock Gardens is one of our favorites, well maintained, and filled with nature, bridges, and ponds. Be prepared to walk to get all the good shots (wear comfortable shoes)

Royal Botanical Gardens

Permit: Yes

The RBG is a safe book since it's indoor and you never have to worry about a rainy day. Love the inside gardens however it's not recommended for a big wedding party (a little tight).

St. Mary's Parish

Permit: Yes

This is another location you get to shoot at if you're having your ceremony there, a beautiful church with an incredible backdrop.

The Lakeview

Permit: No

The lake view is down the street from Hutches, love the rocky beach, and looks beautiful at sunset.

Millworks Creative Studios

Permit: Yes

This location is the perfect spot if you don't want to gamble with the weather, its warm and it has a large space to accommodate any sized wedding party. Definitely worth the booking!
